How to get a feminine figure at 30 and keep it?
Post Body

A question that has been asked and answered for idk how many times. There's some good responses out there. There's some weird ones and some patently bat shit crazy ones.

I wanna dive deeper I wanna go trap mode asthetic to the 1000th degree.

Why I am asking this question (again)

Coz I wanna go extreme. Let me quality that statement.

Not looking for quick results just looking for effective long term solutions that don't involve hormones( I wanna have kids and as much I love being feminine I want to have -hopefully- all my organs assigned at birth).

Looking for surgery/lipo options Also open to implants but prefer to avoid them.

Sorry if this post feels inappropriate to some but I feel like I'm young but not really anymore and the clock seems to be running out on my window to achieve something that I can cherish for the next 10 or more years.( Let's be honest chances of finding a trans/fem partner after 40 are slim and keeping them is a whole another challenge)

Edit: I forgot to mention I have significantly cut down on my calorie intake and put myself on a calorie deficit of about 100-300 (depending on mood. Over the last 3 months I lost about 20 pounds. From 180 to now160. I am seeing good results I am trying to exercise but I feel my genetics are shit either way so any shape change I am seeing is not aesthetically femme in any way. So I am hoping someone can advise me on a procedure that can feminize my body from waist down.
