I am an adult baby who enjoys being kept in diapers, but don't worry I am happy to change my own and don't use them for more than wetting unless I'm forced to. I'm a semi-closeted, pre-op trans girl. I still present masc at work and places I'm likely to run into co-workers for my own wellbeing. However I prefer to be femme with my friends and any future partners. Eventually I would like to more fully transition socially, legally, and somewhat physically. I'm already on t-blockers, but would like to switch to full HRT and get an orchiectomy.

As an adult baby, I guess the best way to say it is I'm seeking a 24x7 hybrid non-regressive ABDL lifestyle. I want things like spending most nights sleeping in a crib, wearing baby clothes at home, having rules and expectations more akin to a child, and not having control of when, where, or how long I wear diapers, to be part of my daily life. I spend a lot of time writing (if this dissertation didn't make that obvious), and hope to publish something that can support me someday. Generally I prefer to stay at home or visit friends houses, but I do enjoy the nightlife (more so now when I'm single).
