For consideration: I'm thinking of getting a house and rather than housemates, simply organising it as a reverse harem situation. You would still need to pay rent and do chores (obviously), but there would also be a dynamic involved. I would select three people, you would each have tasks, I wouldn't micromanage but it would be a 24/7 sort of deal. The household would be gluten free because I am. I'm thinking family styled dinners on specific nights. Everyone would be a working professional with a decent job. You would need to let the household know if you wanted to bring a vanilla home (so that we could clean up and make sure we are vanilla presenting). Everyone would have their own room to go to when you needed alone time/space, and everyone would still have their usual vanilla activities. Open and honest communication would be vital, we would do weekly check ins at first which would move to monthly as time past. You would always be able to go to the person or myself if there was a problem, but the expectation is that everyone is a mature adult with a healthy dose of emotional intelligence. Everyone would also be expected to do a full STD/STI testing prior to move in. This wouldn't be an excluding factor but would need to be discussed to ensure everyone is safe and engaging with people informed and consensually. Traffic light system would be in place for kink as well as vanilla situations to facilitate communication. Extreme vetting and a lengthy talking period would be done prior to any moving in. Perhaps a short trial period to see what people are like living together. Another obvious, but everyone would cater to me in one way or another, I'm thinking driving me to work, foot rubs, making dinner for the household (though I do enjoy cooking so you may benefit from that). I also enjoy gardening, but am easily distracted so someone would need to help there.

Idk if this is crazy or if anyone would be interested. Thoughts? Comments only, I don't need people to bombard my inbox with pick me messages. I'm also posting it here because I want to see what the interest, if any, would be like in Ottawa, Canada specifically.

About me, I've been in this lifestyle for awhile, have had a number of subs, have a decent job and am generally viewed as a good person. I love eating food from the garden, so that is a goal of mine, one of you or multiple would help make that a reality. As mentioned in previous posts, I still cook enough to feed a small army, but like having sous chefs. I also hate staying active but tend to do it anyway, so whether that is running, swimming, or kickboxing, I would have one or more of you come with me. Everyone would be encouraged to maintain healthy lifestyle habits, so no smoking or drugs of any kind.

The household would be vanilla presenting to the outside world. I might consider sticking a hidden dungeon in the basement, tbd. I need to flesh out the plan a lot more, but these are some of the basics. It's something I've been thinking about for a bit now and wanted to gauge interest prior to committing to a proper search and ad looking for specific criteria for applicants.
