Hello, Tall, bearded older guy here. I've let myself go since the pandemic, and I think it's time to get my physical self together. I'd love to find an accountability partner/domme who can really push me and give me guidance and instructions. Set me on a health journey and take credit for my gains and losses.
Im open and interested in tasks and proof. Id you have experience as a personal trainer Id absolutely be interested in taking your guidance, and where I fail, accepting punishment/humiliation.
I'm actually pretty athletic, it's just hidden under 50 years of questionable decisions. Help me reclaim myself and take the credit for my success and gains, and relish in my failures.
I'm not shy, so I'll share anything you want to prove I am doing the work. I think with the right motivation I could really kick some ass, and really build a bond with you. I'm definitely open to adventures too, If your guidance were to take me out of the gym and put me in other situations as well. If you are in the North Jersey area and are a personal trainer with domme tendencies, I'd be open to doing something more formal too.
I'm very serious about this. Help me while also finding your enjoyment.
