I’ve been told in the past that I write too much so apologies in advance. I don’t mind reading/writing lengthier posts because I think building an accurate picture of someone is very important when looking to date long-term.

I would also like to preface this post by saying that I am an open minded individual and I strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone I interact with, so if you are having some second thoughts about contacting me due to arbitrary factors, I hope I can allay those concerns here.

I know that appearance can be a massive dealbreaker so I’d like to get it out of the way now. I am 182cm tall, with fair skin, brown hair and grayish-green eyes. I’m not yet at the ideal/athletic body weight but it is something I am working on. Recently I started going to the gym so hopefully I’ll have a nicer body in the near future. I understand if this sounds unappealing. I would never hold anyone’s preferences against them under any circumstance and I understand if I am not that person.

Other than that, I am a 25 year old guy, working in the IT field and I will be pursuing a master’s degree soon. At the moment I live in Eastern Europe but I have lived abroad for work in the past so I definitely wouldn’t mind relocating in the potential future. As mentioned in the title of the post, I am looking for someone with common interests to develop a strong friendship with, which will hopefully blossom into something more. It is my belief that the most successful relationships start out as solid friendships, and I can’t imagine being in a long term relationship with someone who I don’t feel is also my best friend.

Personality wise, I think my best traits are being friendly, kind, social and a good communicator. In relationships I like being able to dote on someone without smothering them. I like showing my affection through attentiveness and acts of service without being asked. I like buying small gifts that remind me of my partner for no particular reason. I feel great joy in making my partner feel seen and listened to. Ideally, I would like to meet someone with similar humor and hobbies to mine so we can have a lot of back and forth banter. I like writing love letters and singing and overall being sweet. I get that not everyone likes that so I try to get a good read of the room in order to not become overbearing.

In terms of hobbies, I am nerdy and passionate about technology, but that doesn’t fully dictate my interests. I like video games and I am very passionate about the design aspect, but I also like being outdoors, skiing or collecting pens and stationery. I used to be in a theater band as a teenager and I’ve always had a love for the stage and watching plays. I also read tarot for fun and like to look up my horoscope from time to time. I like taking a genuine interest in people’s hobbies and getting immersed with them along the way. It fills my heart with joy when my partner sees me as the first person who they have to share some exciting news with when it comes to their special interests, like maybe a new book coming out that you’re really excited for. I also have a passion for learning languages and chances are I would love to learn your first language as well in order to better connect with you. I have some other smaller interests but nothing I have enough time for. I also love pets and I have a cat!

Personally I don’t want to discuss kinks in too much detail here so I’ll mainly stick to deal breakers: I’m not into anything polyamory related or that involves violence or bodily fluids. I think the terms that best describe my kinks are service switch and masochist. My biggest “kink” is honestly making someone feel great and making them the focus. I am very happy to give more than I receive and that defines a lot of what I like sexually.

I know the post was long, and I apologize. I couldn’t really help it because in my mind, I feel like it’s better to give more details about me now than to waste someone’s time later. I do however hope that what I wrote was enough to pique your interest and I hope to hear from you soon!
