This might come across as super lame but oh well! (That's me trying to be nonchalant)

I grew up with pretty bad anxiety. I've had it for as long as I can remember. Simple things like eating at a restaurant with friends or walking through a crowd have been a challenge for me. I've done a lot of therapy and I've improved a lot. Interacting with a woman is one area that I haven't been able to improve in. I do okay when things are platonic but when things move towards romance, my ears start to ring, my vision blurs and my heart tries to escape out of my chest.

I do okay on dating apps but I always fumble when it's time to initiate or take the lead. I overthink myself into paralysis. I'm hoping to find someone who comfortable and confident enough to show me the ropes. Not even with sex but with things like holding hands, initiating hugs/kisses, slow dancing etc. I think getting experience with someone who knows I'm a rookie and is okay with that can be the type of exposure I need to finally overcome my anxiety around intimacy.
