Hello! As the title suggests, I think itās high time I make changes regarding my current physical state. As of now, Iām 5ā8ā and roughly 250 lbs. Iām also not getting any younger and my 26th is right around the corner. The multitude of problems that come with being out of shape are not something I care to struggle with later in life, I want better for myself! I know Iāll never be super lean or thin, I simply want to reach and maintain a healthy weight, improve my strength and just feel better.
I know what Iām about to describe is essentially a personal trainer however, the truth is I canāt afford that or a gym membership right now. There are other differences too such as involving kink and femdom. (Yes, femdom. Iām only interested in females for this). That being said, what I need most is direction and incentive. I have short bursts of motivation here and there but lack consistency. If someone were to organize and coach my progress, I suspect itād make a world of difference.
I am leaning towards an online dynamic, but I may be open to in-person dealings. A workout/diet regimen would be fantastic. There would also need to be some form of consequence to reinforce my accountability. Perhaps that comes in the form of chastity or some other āfunishmentā? Oh, itās worth mentioning that I own a treadmill, rowing machine, and hand weights. I also live in a very walkable area. I do enjoy cooking as well so any form of meal prep or diet adjustments would be welcome!
Important to note; Iām also very open to the idea of a āfemdomā workout partner not exclusively a ācoach/instructorā. Either would be equally welcome!
