Would it be an awful idea to go blonde?

So I've always thought that because of my skin tone and dark eyebrows it wouldn't suit me to go blonde. But recently I've been considering it. Based on these pictures (using faceapp) what do you guys think? First one is me with my natural hair colour, the second is face app generated blonde.
