I've been hearing on reddit in general that people are nostalgic for 2010s EDM, dance music - so will 2010s fashion be revived?
The first inklings of the aughts coming back are several years ago now, and decades revived in procession seems to be the cycle.
I don't mind. I can vibe with tunic tops and skinny jeans coming back, bias cut jersey dresses. Slim blazers, preppy looks, Ralph Lauren, the heyday signatures of American Apparel. Spandex skater skirts, disco pants, U neck tshirts.
How do you feel about it?
Edit: I decided to google "2010s revival" and it returned 23 real articles (from Vogue, Elle amongst others) and youtube videos on the phenomenon on just the first page. So really, there is already traction. It's just about pinpointing when it will have filtered into suburban mall stores.
