2yo male cat diagnosed with chronic kidney disease advice needed :(

I’m a wreck guys, my 2 year old cat was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. He’s currently eating and drinking normally, he has urine crystals but no blockage. I’m completely lost, I don’t know what to do, I’m terrified of losing my baby, he is too young I don’t know what to expect regarding life expectancy. He has a great team of vets, and he is stable so far. Any advice or support is much appreciated.
