I haven't seen this kind of thread pop up, and maybe it's because it's mostly sellers who join this subreddit.

We know there are a plethora of buyer accounts that exist only to try to scam sellers either out of money or out of content.

BUT, there are also accounts that try to make a quick buck off of well-intentioned buyers. What sends up red flags for my fellow buyers? Perhaps this thread may also help sellers avoid those red flags they may be inadvertently setting up.

I'll start, and provide the caveat that I'm not 100% sure that these cases are always scams/catfish, but they do get me to either ignore entirely or get away fast.

1. Barebones/empty profile - I get that not every profile is "show ready" right out of the gate, but if I'm receiving messages from this kind of account, I have no way to confirm that I'm talking to genuine seller, so I don't even respond.
2. Shows face in profile pic/sends message with face, but profile says they won't show face in content - I have no problem with sellers who choose to remain "anonymous." We all have real lives. I don't show my own face as a buyer (except to the sellers I've really gotten to know over time), so I'm not judging that. This dichotomy is very suspicious to me. Sellers, if I'm mistaken here, let me know why you'd share your face, but not have it be in content.
3. Aggressively sexual messages - sounds like a band name, doesn't it? But when I get a message request that says something like, "Hey, stud! I'm freshly 18 and super horny tonight! Want to cum on these barely legal feet?" I just nope out of there. Even if I were 18-21 again, I'd be like, "Yeah, this isn't real."

I have a couple of others, but I wanted to see if this thread brings any engagement from other buyers and see what observations they have.
