Was I wrong to report this profile?
Post Body

Earlier today I came across a profile of someone who was describing what they were looking for in their bio, and said that they want a “true sub” who will let them do anything on their first meet at his place, have no limits, not “someone who is always negotiating to get what she wants.” That was concerning to me, so I blocked and reported it. Where they ask you to explain why you’re reporting I said that I am concerned for his potential matches, because he is suggesting something unsafe (no negotiation). But then later I was talking to a friend who said I shouldn’t have reported it because some people might be looking for that and I’m policing them, or it also might be that it’s just fantasy and he won’t actually proceed that way when he meets someone. I was a bit stunned by that. Was I in the wrong for reporting? I genuinely just thought he sounded dangerous, especially to people who are new to kink.
