Account has been blocked due to sending a ping with note.

So I made a mistake of using the word "Snapchat" in a ping message and straight away the account is blocked and support wants a pic of me holding a book or whatever crap to have it unblocked. It seems ridiculous that I have to do that when all they could have done is given me a warning that ping message didn't go through because I broke the rules. The account doesn't have face pics as I value discretion so what are they actually verifying? Kind of lost here.. It was a paid membership too.
