I’ve noticed a surge in complaints from male individuals lately, and it seems to stem from impatience more than anything else.

Issues like bugs, crashes, fakes, and update mishaps definitely hinder the user experience. However, I’m thankful for the community that helps sift through the issues found on other dating platforms if you have a kink, you’re on a spectrum of poly, or want to explore a one time fantasy.

As a 41/M/straight & poly, I’m getting matches at a rate that seems about right for me - around 2-3 a month if I’m active on the app. I’m in a southern state and definitely connected more in California. Standing at 5’8” with an athletic build, I reside in an area where success in the dating scene isn’t always guaranteed especially if I reveal my intentions of remaining ethically non-monogamous. Regardless of being in and out of relationships with a linked partner or listing myself as single when I’m truly single, my level of interest from potential partners remains fairly consistent and fluctuates based on location.

I make sure to use clear, honest photos of myself and put effort into crafting a bio that reflects my identity and desire. I also indicate that I’m not seeking monogamous relationships, in hopes of attracting like-minded individuals.

PS- If you have a six-pack, consider it a bonus that can be revealed in consensual private moments such as messaging or IRL. Let your pictures showcase a glimpse of your life beyond the bedroom. And remember to be honest about your height, as it can be a determining factor for some potential matches.
