We all know Feeld user experience has been lacking since their recent update. I prefer to stay on the app for safety reasons when chatting with a new match and figuring them out, even for more established matches I don't kind having them be on the app. However, the bugs with Feeld recently are messing with me.
Sometimes I don't know if my chat isn't working or if all my chats just all happened to have not responded for an entire day.
I've seen matches who I see reappear on my feed with their profile explaining that they lost their matches and chats.
I've had one chat fully disappear.
What are other people doing in these scenarios? Just wait it out or are there some safe alternative chat platforms I can suggest we switch to that don't involve swapping phone numbers?
Is Snapchat not it anymore?
I feel like asking to switch platforms too early kind of ruins the mood sometimes, it simulates feeling closer or more committed than an early chat should be in my opinion.
