What would be the etiquette in this situation.
I have matches on the app with other people where I’ve sent the first message. It’s a mix of some messages being delivered and some being seen, but no response on their end. I can see that they’ve been online since I’ve sent them a message as well, so it’s not like they haven’t been on the app.
As a woman, do you like seeing the person send a follow up message to nudge you to respond? Like are you so inundated with messages that it just got lost? Or does no response/view mean that you’re just not interested? I suppose this could just be people seeing what’s out there and having no interest in having a conversation as well.
I don’t mind messaging first. I usually do actually and always open a group message with my partner since we play together. If you don’t respond to my messages after a while or we figure out we’re not after the same things I’ll disconnect. I try to take Feeld seriously since I don’t like anyone I’m not interested in meeting.
