I have got blocked on Feeld and I honestly don't know why.

I valued to community and it was refreshing compared to more traditional dating apps.

The only thing I could think is that I'm ENM but I show as single because my partner didn't want to join. But I write this in my profile

This is the (probably automated) message I received once I contacted customer service

The crazy thing is that I had a majestic membership and they cannot refund. Gladly I had only a month left, but still... I would not risk to pay again

I heard of other people that had similar experiences, so I wanted to share. Any thoughts?
