How do I get more people to play my Modded MC server?

After days of work, I finally got my server up and running but now I ask the hardest question, how do I keep getting more people to try my server? IK the setting up tech part would be easy but the keep players/getting new players seems 100x harder than it was on bedrock realms, and I don't even know where to start or a good place to advertise. If you have any tips, please share. I don't want a big server, but I want to aim for 5 active players as of now.
