Should Twilight Forest be played before or after The End?

1.16.5: I'm not sure what the progression is like in Twilight Forest, would it be better to play it before going to the Ender Dragon? or perhaps there's a different order you guys suggest, like doing some TF bosses before and some after?
NINJA EDIT: with Progressive Bosses, I assume no matter what later Ender Dragon refights are better done post Twilight Forest completion
