Any good mods for building?

To be more specific, a mod that helps those that arent "builder minded"?
I struggle building bases and when I branch out to try something new it just kinda, always fails. I've played minecraft for 7 years now and just, never got the hang of it.
So is there a mod that drops a layout/blueprint for me to follow? Or maybe a block that I put the resources in and it builds the desired building for me?
