Playing SF4 with a friend, with the addition of a couple mods mostly for their benefit (notably a couple more dimensions - Erebus and Aether come to mind - and the TF2 Stuff Mod). Opted to go for a "normal" worldgen over a Topology gen, prestige off. I'd understand if the changes we'd made broke something, because it did.

Either due to the added mods or the vanilla worldgen, the `non-pacifist` stage wasn't unlocked, despite the rest of it being available. That means we can't get at nearly everything from Deep Mob Learning, including the Simulation Chamber and the vast majority of the Data Models (it might be an oversight that two of the models is accessible without the `non-pacifist` stage).

Which brings me to my question. Presuming cheats are enabled (because they are), what's the command to forcefully enable the `non-pacifist` stage for access to the Deep Mob Learning stuff?
