So I was making Flux infused armor and a solar helmet today. I was bulk crafting flux crystals. Input the crystals into the system and they vanished. I checked every slot, relogged etc. No luck. I ended up just taking out another 40 diamonds and recrafting. Fast forward to later in the evening, I head down the rabbit hole with the solar helmet. Crafted up 1500 photovoltaic cells, used that for 500 leadstone solar units. All of it goes into the system. I go to craft the Hardened version...only 14 are able to be made. That works out to 112. I made 500 units but the remainder is nowhere to be found. I figure maybe I'm going crazy as I know I used the 1500 cells up. Sure enough all the cells are gone, so yes I crafted the 500. So nearly 400 units vanished? Relog to no avail.

Is this a known issue or am I just really unlucky?
