[FTB Utilities] How do I disable /back ?

I want players to have to run back to their graves rather than being able to teleport using /back. How do I disable it? I can't find it in the configs.
I see mention of it in this video: https://youtu.be/omWQMvtzXSQ But I only seem to be able to rename them in my configuration file:
