Is there any way to add titles to player built structures?

I'm looking if there is any way to name something I have built e.g. a village or city and when coming into that area text appears on screen like it would in an RPG game like Elden Ring etc.
Preferably, I would prefer it to be in a mod or datapack rather than having to use command blocks in the server.
