Server host recommendations?

Hi there, me and my friends want to do a modded server and port over the world we have from a realm to this new server. We play Java.
I just want to see what suggestions people here have, I'm looking for something about around 50 USD a month for 16 GB of ram and about 15 players. Price can go higher or lower depending on quality.
I'd like to hear people's experiences on it too, especially ones they had good experiences with and which they'd say to stray from entirely.
Currently we have 49 mods, may add more.
Also if there's a way to have an integrated resource pack and mod pack, mods on forge/manual.
