I've played Tekkit for quite a while but a friend recently set up a FTB server that I've decided to play on instead. (He chose the MindCrack pack)

I know Tekkit in and out but am not familiar with some of the mods included in FTB, or the updated versions of the mods that I am familiar with.

I learned how to play Tekkit by watching Duncan of Yogscast's videos and I'd like to learn the ins and outs of FTB in a similar fashion. Of course I consult the various wikis where applicable to look up individual items but I have a feeling I'm missing out on whole mods.

I ran across Docm77's series and it seems good but before I get too far along, I thought I'd ask if anyone had any other series that they preferred more.
