G tube clothing for an infant

Hi everyone!
Not sure if this is a good sub to ask but my little one has had a G tube for around 7 weeks due to a Nissen-Fundoplication. She's 7 months old and we've mainly had her in onesies for ease of access but I wanted to know if people who have had a little one with a G tube in this young when did you move to pants/shirts/dresses?
We're worried about the button coming out if she wore pants but we'd love to see her in some normal clothes again. Thanks for any insight
