Post Body

First off, my head hurts. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Iโ€™m ATC and possibly going to be forced out on disability. I read in OPMs BAL 10-105 examples 14 & 16 that the 14 years I spend on disability are calculated at 1.7% sine I both invested and retire as a โ€œfront lineโ€ ATC. FedHR Navigator is calculating it at 1%. Can anyone shed light on this?
