Post Body
First off, my head hurts. ๐ Iโm ATC and possibly going to be forced out on disability. I read in OPMs BAL 10-105 examples 14 & 16 that the 14 years I spend on disability are calculated at 1.7% sine I both invested and retire as a โfront lineโ ATC. FedHR Navigator is calculating it at 1%. Can anyone shed light on this?
