Sarcasm mode. The only opportunity I got was when they asked if I was leaving my position soon, and I got to say the RTO policy was part of the reason I’m leaving.
From Interior to USDA. Also because I’ve been stuck at a ladder positions for three years without moving up the ladder and my new job is giving it to me
Yeah, plus I’ll like the work more too. I do like my current job and I wasn’t planning on leaving it, but my friend sent me the application and I couldn’t let that good of an opportunity pass me by

Thank you! I'm a bit sad that it didn't work out at my current job like I wanted, plus I do really like my current supervisor, but this seems like it'll be almost the perfect job for me all around. Hoping it works out!
HR said it’s 1 day a week in the office, my supervisor said 2. Either way it’s better than the minimum 50% DOI has me doing right now
