I’m in an 11-12 ladder position and I’m almost 3 years into my job. Yeah yeah, I know, my agency is doing me a big disservice and it shouldn’t be this way. I’ve talked with my supervisor about this before (and the four temp supervisors I had over the past year), but I’m going to make one big final push to finally get the ladder raise I deserve in this mid-fiscal year review. I’m good at my job and I deserve it (also could really use the money but obviously I won’t bring that up to my supervisor). How should I best state my case to try and get the ladder this month? I’d much rather get it now than at my three years of service in June. I really like my job, but combine this with RTO, if I don’t get it I’m really gonna have to look elsewhere.
