I kind of blame myself for this one as the flight was super late at night so i decided to stay up the entire flight by drinking like 5 espresso shots. It wired me so hard when i was at the gate, as soon the plane took off i threw my headphones to the ground and my entire body went numb and i was in the biggest panic attack of my life. It was a 10 hour daunting flight and went away after i passed customs, but i had this small tightness in my chest. Now i don’t even want to look at airplanes let alone get on one. My wife’s family is overseas and she wants us to go visit them soon ( another transatlantic flight ) thinking about it makes me panic. Any tips how to control myself? Besides not drinking caffeine. That flight made me quit caffeine altogether.
