Is the SOAR book good?
Post Body

I realize my fear of flying is probably dying in a plane crash however irrational and whatever way that would be and I always find myself white knuckling the seat for the slightest bump and get hyper sensitive to any movement or sound I don’t understand. I try to distract myself but ultimately no matter how small the bump I find myself bringing the map back up and just staring. I’ve tried YouTube and what feels like anything under the sun to help. Even talk to pilots before the flight but that didn’t help. Will this book possibly help? I have a 9-11 hour flight coming up soon and I’ve done it 4 times now and they were all smooth except for my last one. For only about 5 minutes it was pretty rocky. But my brain pushes out the other hours and hours of smooth air for that one instance. Any any help would be appreciated pls.
