On Saturday I've got two flights. First two hours with an ATR 72-500 and then thirteen hours with an A350-900. I've been scared of flying since a terrible flight when I was 12, but I've managed about once every fourth year or so (with some medicinal help). But this time I'm really terrified, and haven't been able to sleep well. Feeling much more anxiety than usua. Need some of your best advice to make it as good and calm a flight as possible. Flying with my daughter and partner and don't want my daughter to "inherit" this.
