The panic is starting to set in

I'm flying from Regina to Toronto next Tuesday and I'm really starting to stress out. I'm flying Air Canada Rouge on an Airbus A320-200. My biggest fear is taking off and on occasion landing. I realize it's a irrational fear that the plane will stall during take off .I also worry about mid air collisions, weather balloons etc. Again irrational fears and thoughts but I know it's only going to get worse the day of my actual flight
