I'm very impressed with the multiclip features in FCPX and I'm hoping to be able to ditch PluralEyes completely if possible (I like to do as much in-app as I can).

Most of the time, I get footage that has multiple clips from each camera. Maybe the camera created a new clip after being stopped, sometimes it just makes a new clip after a certain amount of time. PluralEyes would sync as many of these clips as it could, even though each camera would contain several clips to be synced (rather than a single long clip from each camera). If there were any clips that were not synced, they would be all be dropped into a sequence of unsynced clips.

Will FCP sync clips this way as well? I know that it works fine with single clips from several cameras, but I need it to sync several clips from each camera and isolate the unsynced clips.
