Hey /r/fbody!

Recently I picked up a 99 camaro v6, and have been fixing up the minor issues I've noticed with the car. One of the most notable problems I've run into is the water leaks.

Firstly, I have a water coming out here (Only when it rains hard): http://imgur.com/a/CeYUo

I also have a leak at the top of the driver side door that drips onto the seat, and one closer to the door hinges the leaks onto the floor on the driver side.

Lastly, I have a leak the comes in under my sun visor... I've only experienced this once when it rained REALLY bad.

I'm pretty young, my knowledge on cars is limited, and I've never used any adhesive or sealant to fix this sort of issue before.

I went ahead and bought RTV but I don't know where to start... any ideas?
