Hey guys! So I have been lurking here for quite some time and have really enjoyed some of the stories that I have read. A lot of it has kept me motivated and running faster and faster away from the former 315lb hamplanet that I was. Now I was not as bad as some of these, but I was the one always talking about what I would do and then never do it. I finally decided to bite down and do something. Last December I started on the paleo diet and 2 months later started Crossfit. It is a year later and almost a year for Crossfit and I feel amazing. My life has changed so much in this year and not just around fitness. My mental health has increased, my confidence, self worth, and love for myself. It has truly been awesome.
So...... stats: Starting weight 315lbs - Current weight, 240lbs 75lbs total pounds lost. 5 pants sizes 3 shirt sizes and enough belts to wrap around the world.
