Before I begin I should probably post my specs, I have a fairly high-end gaming laptop: CPU: Intel Core i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59GHz VGA: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti RAM: 16GB (15.8GB usable) OS: Windows 10 PCSX2: 1.6.0
So I beat Fatal Frame 1 with the lads which worked fine on my computer other than the pesky invisible ghost glitch which I fixed using this video: https://youtu.be/8_wArb-l-dA I decided to start playing Fatal Frame II, which worked pretty fine, the frame rate was high and the game ran smoothly... up until I encountered my first ghost. For some reason whenever my character is looking at a ghost enemy the frame rate plummets, I don't know the exact number but it's REALLY slow, unplayably slow, but when I look away from the ghost, the framerate returns to normal. Anyone know what's causing this problem and how I can fix it?
