How much leverage do you keep on your properties?

Post Body
Hey fat friends! Earlier in my career I leveraged the crap out of everything. Now that I’m financially secure and looking to take fewer risks, my mortgages are around 55% LTV on two luxury homes. I don’t want to take on more leverage than that, but also don’t see any reason to pay them off any faster (my interest rates are under 3%). I sleep just fine at night with low rate, low LTV mortgages.
Assuming you have the funds to pay off your mortgage, what do you choose to do?
