AE Lets Play videos by good players?

Hi! I'd like to learn to be more strategic in my FTL gaming and would like to know if anyone could suggest a GOOD FTL player who does Lets Plays?
The videos I've found are basically people who do a lot of LP's and "picked up the game again", barely caring to time their shots or doing any sort of proper thinking when it comes to defeating enemies, placing crew or buying upgrades.
