Does anyone have any advice on quick meals. The books are great but the recipes are all, well recipes, and therefore require quite a lot of time.
As an example some mornings I have a bit of sourdough with banana.
At lunch I'll occasionally get cooked chicken, a bean salad or non creamy red coleslaw, and a bit of fruit.
I also quite like kimchi as a side, can buy it in pots and serve straight out the fridge.
Basically any things super easy as days when I don't have the energy or when motivation is lower are when I relapse.
