I’m 5’3” and 160 lbs currently. I tend to hate the way most clothes look on me because of my proportions. I have smallish breasts 32DD, a mom belly, long torso and short legs. I’m a size US 10/12 right now. I tend to hold the majority of my weight in my belly, butt and thighs. My current uniform is sweaters of various lengths, boyfriend jeans with sneakers, and skinny jeans with tall and short boots. Yesterday, I tried a nice silk top with a blazer belted and top tucked into some wider leg pants. I’m serious in that I actually cried it looked so bad. I looked so thick at the waist and my legs just look short and stubby and thick. I’ve been doing a lot of reading about how to find your personal style but looking for inspiration on Pinterest and such never works for me because there’s not a single model with my proportions, and if they are close they are not overweight. So, I can find outfit inspiration to try but it falls flat every single time. I feel like skirts make my large butt look even larger, and I’m just frustrated and definitely not having fun with fashion right now and I want to!
