I'm usually pretty good with styling trendy pieces. However I can't get my head around this maximal trend. Any tips on how to style oversized blazers on short or petite figure? I'm 5'4, 125 pounds, mom bod. I usually look like I'm drowning in an oversize blazer, the hip part of the blazer tend to hit on the wrong part of my thighs/hip, the boxy shape makes me look like I'm in my dad's clothes, the thick lapel is just the opposite of visually flattering. Do I just need to stick to classic blazers or collarless ones? I usually would pair a blazer with pants. Help.
