When people say that 90s fashion took inspiration from 70s fashion, what do they mean? Can someone be really specific?
Post Body
Like go into detail about certain 90s pieces that were inspired by 70s pieces so I can understand better
Same with other decades, I know fashion is cyclical but other than noticing similarities between 80s and 40s fashion and kind of getting what people mean when they say the 50s came back a bit in the 80s and that you can even see an Edwardian hint in 80s fashion, I feel like I’m not normally fully “seeing” this, but maybe I just don’t know what I’m looking for.
