I'm still excited of course! That being said, I'm going to be optimistic with how the showcase went. In my hopes, I am choosing to believe that they're focusing on showing us a hub/section where the online/multi-player functions exist. And maybe perhaps there's a main part of the game that looks more like the real world and contains the story. Perhaps the story will be optional that's why they're focusing so much on interaction between players?

I'm choosing to believe this because they want to show something that hasnt been done, so why would they focus on showing off the story abd what not? I seriously hope I'm right, but I'll be getting the game regardless of if I'm wrong lol

The only thing that's annoyed me so far is lack of a release date or at least a season estimate. Was really hoping for autumn 2023 but we might be looking at a winter 2023. OF COURSE it's barely summer so who knows.
