FS19 Snows with Seasons turned off

So my son loaded seasons on fs19 and now on my no man’s land level with seasons turned off and the mod deselected from the load screen it starts to snow when I load my level.
I tried turning seasons on and then waiting till spring and then turning seasons off and it still does this. Any ideas how to fix this?
