Hey There! I have just recently been appointed with Farmers(Or waiting to be), and need some guidance! I've quit my daytime job to pursue more in this role and I recently passed my P&C and Life and health all within a month and am now Fully licensed. I want to make sure I get a decent salary, what's a good average starting salary, with no licensing Experience but 10 Years of sales Manager, Door to Door, and even lead generator experience do you think I could get in California?

Also, Does Farmers pay you while attending Farmers University? Im worried as I have no income and Minimal savings to pay rent and want to make sure I can mentally and financially prepare myself for the worse to come. Or Should I start applying for other jobs? It's been about a month and a half already and yet to see a dollar, but more so I've put in roughly 700$.
