Where do you get an oil change?

I need an oil change and tire rotation. I used to go to my local mechanic back home and itd be $50 for both. Here Jiffy Lube charges $60 just for oil change and I get the cheapest kind! Any recommendations for affordable and good places around here? (Last post I saw on this topic was 2 years ago, I know service changes so wanted to ask again)
