Hey guys, I’ve lived in my goldmark apartment for almost a year now and now they want to raise the rent (which i get is typical) but the previous tenants had cats and when i vacuum it reeks still, and some of the closets still smell of cat and i’m literally still getting cat hair in my vacuum, Is there anyways i can ask them to change the carpets before i renew? how would i go about that? i’ve shampooed my carpets 3 times already and still the same,
