I had a strange glitch happen and could use some help [Xbox One]

I finally 100� the game and it displayed the 100% on the main menu.
The glitch occurred after I left my friends co op game completely separate from mine in which we did some missions anyways after backing out to the main menu my completion went down to 99.63%
Any Ideas how on what to do?
